What are your opening hours?
A: Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on public holidays.
How long does shipment take?
A: By Sea: 1–2 weeks after your items are delivered to our warehouse in Florida. By Air: 1–3 business days after delivery to our warehouse in Florida.
What is your sea rate?
A: Sea freight is charged at 37% of the cost of your items. If an item weighs 20 pounds or more, overweight charges will be added in addition to the 37%. If your package weighs less than 20 pounds but is oversized (e.g., a box 3 ft and above), freight charges will be applied.
Are there any package restrictions for sea freight?
A: Yes. Packages under 20 pounds are not shipped by sea.
What if I don’t have a credit card? Can I still order?
A: Yes, we accept in-house purchases. A processing fee applies when using our card, which ranges from J$700 to J$2,000 depending on the purchase amount.
Do you offer returns?
A: We do not process returns. However, if you have a return label from DHL, you may ship your item back directly through them.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
A: We inspect packages at our warehouse before shipping. If a package arrives damaged, it is usually due to poor packaging from the seller. In such cases, you’ll need to contact your seller directly. For certain items, such as televisions, we perform thorough checks at the warehouse and in front of customers before they leave the office. TVs are also checked at the wharf, since they are highly fragile.
How much does it cost to ship a TV?
A: Rates for TVs vary. Please contact us for the exact cost or check our website where the pricing will be posted.
When does the warehouse operate?
A: Our warehouse operates 24/7, including on holidays.
